About the Pose of the Sculpture:  Ardhanari is the synthesis of Shiva and Parvati into one androgynous form.  Shiva is the right side with Parvati is the left side.  Shiva is often referred to as being the ideal husband.  He always wears on male and one female earring.  In this form he even shares his body with his lover!

Care:  The piece can be used both indoors and outdoors.  Dust the piece regularly.  If you would like the piece to shine use a cotton cloth with some coconut oil or other natural oil to wipe down the statue.
